In 2021 Savant Enterprises was recruited to join the new affordable housing project in the Belmont neighborhood to measure, supply and install custom perforated radiator covers as well as lintel flashings and misc. metal works for the new six story building. The building primary focus, sustainability, air quality and renewable energy to reduce carbon dioxide.
